Each time we returned to Italy, we brought these specialties back to share with our loved ones. And each time, we observed the same thing: these authentic products, unavailable in France in their artisanal version, immediately captivated everyone. This is where the idea was born. We work directly with a local producer in Naples, renowned for their expertise and respect for traditional recipes.

Each recipe follows a precise artisanal process: the dough is carefully worked, then hand-shaped in keeping with Neapolitan tradition.
